Aurelia, named in honor of my grandmother, Luz Aurelia, whose grace and love for bringing people together inspired the heart behind every celebration we create.

The name Aurelia comes from the Latin word aureus, meaning “golden.” It represents beauty, warmth, elegance, and a light that draws people together—values that define every experience we create.

At Aurelia, we believe the most memorable moments aren’t just about exceptional cocktails. They’re about connection, conversation, and celebrating life’s milestones with intention.

We craft cocktail experiences for private celebrations, weddings, corporate events, product launches, milestone occasions and more throughout Miami-Dade, Broward and Monroe County, Florida.

We recommend booking 2-6 months in advance, especially during wedding and holiday seasons. Last minute bookings may be accommodated based on availability.

The Golden One includes a professional bar setup, a stylish backdrop, premium non-alcoholic mixers and garnishes, premium cups, ice, napkins, and two specialty drinks selected by the client. This elevated bar experience is provided for a three-hour service period, with additional hours available upon request.

Absolutely. A custom signature cocktail is one of our favorite details. We design it around your theme, palate, and the story you want to tell.

Due to Florida regulations, clients provide the alcohol. We will provide a personalized shopping list so you know exactly what to purchase for your event.

We proudly serve events throughout Miami-Dade County, and most of Broward and Monroe County are available subject to a travel fee.
